Fatherhood & Men's IssuesResearch clearly shows that fathers -- their presence or absence, their attention or lack of it -- are critical to the health and well-being of their children. The best fathers we know do not consider caring for their children as "baby-sitting." They don't view it as women's work or as an imposition or a chore -- but rather something to enjoy and take pride in. We support and encourage all loving and responsible fathers to make the most of the time with their children -- from infancy through adulthood.
